Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our refund policy applies.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Regular Products available for ordering on www.sugarmamabakery.ca

  • Order cancellation and refunds are only possible at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss compensation or replacement.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item(s) may be required for review.

 

Customized/personalized products (made based on specific requirements of customers like wedding, birthday cakes etc.)

  • Personalized and custom orders require a minimum of 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
  •  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss compensation or replacement.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item(s) may be required for review.

 

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
